1.1. Browsing the site is subject to the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). Please read the regulations carefully, as browsing the site and performing actions on it indicate your agreement to the conditions contained in the regulations. The Site also reserves the right to change the terms of the Terms and Conditions, from time to time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
1.2. What is stated in these regulations applies equally to members of both sexes and the use of the masculine and/or feminine language is for convenience only.
1.3. The terms of the regulations apply to the use of the site and the content contained therein through any computer or other communication device (such as a cell phone, tablet, etc.). They also apply to the use of the site, whether via the Internet or through any other network or means of communication.
1.4. Browsing the site is allowed at any age. The purchase on the website is intended for those with legal capacity from the age of 18 only. The purchase of a minor under the age of 18 requires the approval of a parent or guardian.

2.1.2. That any action you take following the use of the course and the contents of the site will be done carefully, and that the sole responsibility for any damage, of any kind, will be on the user of the course and the contents of the site;
2.1.3. That the information, content and course should not be construed as a promise of any result;
2.1.4. That the customers of the site will not have any claim against the site, its managers, employees or anyone on its behalf for any damage including, to the body, property or any other damage or loss, which will result from receiving content from the site and/or from the course and/or the services of the site, even if the site warned, recommended or advised on a particular matter or on a particular service;
2.1.5. That the site can be used as is (AS IS) and its use is the full responsibility of the surfer;
2.1.6. That the use of the surfer's website will not violate any law, regulation or other governmental instruction.
2.2. The site does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the service descriptions on the site and will not be held responsible for any error, mistake or damage.
3.1. Browsing the site does not require registration, and is open to any surfer. At the same time, watching the course requires registration.
3.2. When registering for the course and/or leaving details on the site, the surfer will be asked to provide personal details such as: first name, last name, telephone and an active e-mail address. Providing partial or incorrect information may prevent the possibility of using the site's services.
3.3. The site will not make use of the information provided, except in accordance with the site's privacy policy which is an integral part of this policy.
3.4. Registration for the course and/or leaving details on the website, subject to the surfer's consent, includes, among other things, receiving marketing content, information regarding promotions, updates and discounts offered to registered users.
3.5. The site may prevent any surfer from using the site at its absolute discretion, including in cases of providing incorrect details, illegal use, competing use, violation of terms, unauthorized password sharing, or preventing others from using the site.
4.1. The content and course offered for use on the site will appear on the site's pages.
4.2. The site is not obligated, in any way, to maintain any variety of services and/or content on the site.

5.1. The prices that appear on the website next to the course and for each service are the latest prices. The website may update the prices from time to time, regardless of the date of purchase, and without the need for notice.
5.2. From time to time, the site may offer surfers and subscribers various promotions and discounts, and may change or discontinue them at any time, all at its discretion.
6.1. In order to view the online lessons in the course, the site requires registration. Upon registration and payment, customers will receive an email with a personal password and access to the course. Each week another online lesson will be opened, for 12 weeks.
6.2. All online lessons in the course will be available for those who enroll for a period of 12 months (the "Service Period"). After the end of the service period, the personal password will expire.
6.3. You can view the first online lesson in the course at no cost and without registration.
6.4. By registering for the course you agree to keep your password confidential, and you confirm that your account is personal and you will not distribute the online lessons by any means.
6.5. Payment for registration will be made by credit card or by any other means of payment that appears on the payment page.
7.1. A request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be forwarded to the website by the means of communication listed at the bottom of the regulations.
7.2. Changing or canceling registration for a course will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of admission. In such case, the site will entitle the customer to a full refund, by the means of payment through which the registration was made.
7.3. Due to the nature of the service, changing and/or canceling registration for the course after 30 days will not be possible and the buyer will not be entitled to any refund.
8.1. The information appearing on the website and the course should not be considered as a promise of any result. The site will not be responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, which will be caused to the surfer as a result of relying on information appearing on the site.
8.2. The site will not be responsible for any damage caused to the site surfer by contacting the site's business partners or third parties.
8.3. The content on the site can be used as is (AS IS). They cannot be adapted to the needs of each and every person.
