About The Self Help Doctor
Dr. Ohad Hershkovitz
After completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2004, I moved to Israel where I focused on working at clinics where I could specialize in CBT, including the Israeli Center for OCD, the Agam Institute for Eating Disorders, and the Acute PTSD Unit at Ichilov Hospital.
Subsequently I opened a chain of clinics nationwide providing CBT to adults for a variety of problems which I managed for 10 years.

As a result of the discovery of the commonalities underlying many different symptoms, I developed a singular “transdiagnostic” protocol called CBT-TIME for the universal treatment of a variety of problems, and today I provide training on the protocol at professional conferences around the world.

Courses
The CBT-TIME transdiagnostic protocol is the basis for my self-help course, whereby participants receive the same explanations and therapeutic tools they would receive at my clinic. A Transdiagnostic Protocol is a single and universal therapy protocol for the treatment of many different symptoms and problems.
