When I try to access the course, I’m being redirected to register/checkout/pay again.

This can happen due to several reasons:

  1. You are not logged in. Please click “Sign In” in the menu bar
  2. You are logged in to a different account from the account you registered with to the course. Please check your email receipt to verify with which account you registered to the course. You can see the account with which you are logged in here.
  3. Your browser’s privacy settings are restricting the site’s features. Please note the privacy features on some browsers (e.g. Firefox, DuckDuckGo, Brave) may break the site or disable login cookies from working correctly. If you are unable to stay logged in on one of these browsers, you’ll need to relax the privacy settings in the browser or try accessing the site from another browser (e.g. Google Chrome).
