Weekly Check-in – Session 1
Before you start each session, I’ll ask you to take a minute to rate some emotional “habits” or behaviors since the previous session. There are 10 multiple choice questions which cover different aspects of emotional well-being. Do the best you can to mark the response which seems most accurate, even if not entirely so.
*These questions refer to your overall emotional functioning, and not necessarily to the symptom that you are here to resolve.
You can see a chart of your results at any time by selecting My Progress from the menu bar on the top left side of your screen.
