Thanks for being so open about your red flags! (And also being the first so share 🙂)
You’re right, using red flags has become so engrained in us that we barely even notice it, as is the case with many unhealthy habits – like eating unhealthy food or using the phone in bed. Part of the challenge is changing the habit is to increase our awareness – well said!
And I hope others will follow your cue and share their thoughts as well 😁
